Megan Dodge
Megan Dodge is a Registered Psychologist with over fifteen years’ experience partnering with organisations to provide commercial solutions in leadership, training, assessment and organisational development. She is particularly passionate about developing the capability of employees to enhance organisational effectiveness and productivity. Megan has a wealth of experience in the design and facilitation of leadership programs and capability development initiatives using experiential learning methodologies that simulate realistic workplace scenarios, provide behaviourally based developmental feedback, and produce tangible training outcomes to maximise behavioural change and skill development.
Megan’s experience includes the design and delivery of a range of coaching and leadership capability development programs to a diverse range of corporate and government clients, including MARS, La Trobe University, Origin Energy, Victoria Police, The Skilled Group, Widex, Worksafe Victoria, Delaware North and Masterfoods Aust/NZ.
Megan’s key strength is her ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation, enabling her to have real success with initiatives at the individual, team and organisational level.

Helen McFarlane
Helen McFarlane began her career in the entertainment industry as an actor, appearing regularly in Australian film, theatre and television. Passionate about her craft, she began developing others, training actors for all mediums, writing curriculum for the ‘Youth Theatre’ program at the National Theatre Melbourne, and teaching in schools as an “Artist in Residence”. Helen has a great passion for writing and directing, and has staged many productions, including “Porky Pies”, an Australian comedy that recently toured the USA with great acclaim. As a Creative Director with MidShot Media, Helen has overseen the development of many training videos for the building and corporate sectors, and created E learning video modules.
Complimenting her extensive acting and directing experience, Helen brings vast sales and corporate knowledge and experience to all projects, drawn from her experience as a Sales Manager for both Reed Furniture and Furnware. She has designed and performed in role-play and simulation work across the country, delivering realistic experiences for participants in capability development training and leadership programs.

Trudi Boatwright
Trudi Boatwright is an accomplished role play actor, improviser and facilitator with extensive experience in simulated learning environments in a wide variety of industries. Trudi is a director at Serious Woo, an external role play provider and has worked with a range of clients including Bellaroma, Subscriptions Marketing, NAB, Lend Lease, Hickory, South East Water and The Earth Restoration Service.
With a background in sales and recruitment, Trudi understands the corporate environment and brings this knowledge and experience to her simulation interactions. As an actor, she has utilized her improvisation skills to entertain sick children as a Captain Starlight at the Royal Childrens Hospital for 5 years and with the Underground Cinema, where she was integral in creating immersive live film experiences.
Trudi won a Scholarship to train in London at The Academy Drama School and has travelled to the US to study the teaching of Spolin, a style of performance based on improvisation. She has had a wide range of theatre experience, including performing on the West End at the SOHO theatre, has performed on stage in both Melbourne and Sydney and continues to produce and perform through her role as Founder of TBC Theatre.

Jen Brice
Jen Brice is a specialist in collaborating with organisations to increase leadership capability, develop talent and optimize team dynamics. As an Executive Coach, Jen engages people to discover and mobilise their capacity to effectively lead and achieve exceptional results. With over twenty years’ experience counselling, coaching and leading people, Jen is able to engage with people from a diverse range of backgrounds from middle management through to senior executives.
Jen has worked in both the public and not-for profit sectors with extensive experience in people leadership, operational management and strategic business development. Jen has designed and delivered coaching and people capability development programs to organisations such as the National Australia Bank, Clayton Utz, WorkSafe Victoria and The Reach Foundation.
Jen has an MBA (Executive) from RMIT University, Certificate IV in Business and Workplace Coaching, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as a Bachelor of Social Work.
Peter Glennon
Peter Glennon is a classically trained actor with a Bachelor of Arts (Acting). He is an extremely talented actor with a wealth of experience across all mediums - theatre, film and television. Peter honed his craft in Los Angeles starring in Porky Pies, a critically acclaimed Australian play. His TV credits include a host of iconic Australian shows such as Neighbours, House Husbands and Now and Then. He has performed with the Royal Shakespeare Theatre Company, The Arts Academy and Boiler Room in the UK.
As Captain Starlight with the Starlight Foundation, Peter’s ability to improvise enabled him to both entertain and brighten the day of children in the Royal Children’s Hospital. Peter’s corporate work includes role play and immersive simulations with a number of organisations including the CFA, Delaware North, Origin Energy and Widex.
Peter is an enthusiastic and engaging performer who strives to provide the best opportunity for those he is interacting with to demonstrate their genuine capabilities and develop the best learning outcomes.

Lisa Harvey
Lisa Harvey is an energetic and results oriented Human Resources Professional who is passionate about building credible relationships with clients to enable the delivery of exceptional people practice. She has a strong background as a Generalist HR Business Partner along with specialist experience in the areas of talent assessment and management, building capability, recruitment, coaching and team effectiveness. Lisa brings significant experience in designing and delivering leadership development programs using experiential learning methodologies with a focus on the delivery of impactful feedback and coaching.
Accredited in several Psychometric and Behaviour Models, Lisa is particularly passionate about working with leaders to identify, grow and develop capability within their teams to increase engagement and embed organizational culture change. Lisa has worked across a variety of organisations and industries including RACV, Medibank Private, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Kodak and Vision Australia. Her real strength is the ability to interact effectively and develop genuine relationships with a broad range of people at all levels within an organisation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resources from Deakin University.

Myles Tankle
Myles Tankle is a trained actor with a Bachelor of Performing Arts and Graduate Certificate of Education. He has extensive experience working for Apple and The Australian Shakespeare Company, offering training, performing and education skills to support the growth of people of all ages. Through his professional training experience and creative performing abilities, Myles excels in connecting and educating people on a diverse range of topics whilst always encouraging people to listen to their own judgement and intuition.
In the corporate sector Myles has worked extensively with senior leaders and executives from Telstra through a company led roleplaying and leadership training experience. He has also worked with St John of God Healthcare as a mental health role-play actor, Victoria Police, RMIT, Monash PEER health program, Australian Catholic University, Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, Verve Studios as well Secret Squirrel Productions in conjunction with Sony Universal.
Creatively, Myles has worked on stage and screen in all manner of settings including large scale mainstage productions, short films, devised immersive theatrical experiences and in-school presentations. He has worked as a Performance Director, Acting coach and movement choreographer. It’s this combination of knowledge and experience, coupled with his passion for engaging and educating communities through the creative arts that has lead Myles into immersive role-play.
